Lockdown 2.0 in England has come to an end, but what does this mean for Christmas driving lessons in a tier 3 Bristol? Covid hasn't gone away but driving tests and lessons can still go ahead in all tiers nation wide. The only real change is that there are only going to be 5 tests a day and masks are 100% mandatory. Even if you have a valid excuse not to wear one. If you have a test booked in tier 3, keep an eye on your email as yours could be cancelled to keep to the strict 5 tests a day schedule. Oh, and Avonmouth's test centre waiting room has opened up again. No more waiting in the rain for students on test, hooray!
With lessons resuming, we;re getting lots of inquiries about A-Class Driving School's availability over the festive period. We went into the second lockdown fully booked up with waiting lists. The month long lockdown has only extended it further. However, Covid has changed the plans of many students. I've lost two myself due to moving and have found myself ploughing through the list trying to find replacements. Many have found instructors elsewhere, so don't be put off the possibility of waiting list lengths.
Space does keep popping up, so if you're looking for Christmas driving lessons with us, please call to find out more. The lists are changing in length daily. Especially north Bristol students with day time availability. Christmas sees all sorts of unusual behaviour from students. Those at university go home, who knows how long for. Brexit looks like it's going to financially punish us all, so some students might need to stop classes to tighten conserve their cash.
